The tower workout can incorporate every part of the body to improve balance and strength. The springs can be deceivingly challenging or can be an aide to help you focus on other areas. The arc – known as the “spine corrector” - will challenge your spines flexibility and your core’s strength. You will leave feeling your body worked out, aligned and balanced.
